Notaries are pretty accessible. Until there is a clear safe harbor for this kind of notarization, don't risk it.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your feedback. I have been involved in real estate for over 30 years, 25 of those as an attorney. My background is in economics, law, philosophy and religion, all of which have affected the items that I write on. I wish I had more time to write, perhaps when I retire. I am working on a book on the business lessons in the book of Proverbs in the Bible. Perhaps I will post a couple of the entries on the blog to get some feedback. Thanks again.
